駅から歩いて。雨が降ってて国道は誰も歩いてません。この分ならと密かに期待しましたがお店が近づくと目を見張りました。かなりな車の数。店に入ると立ち客多数。雨なんか関係ありませんでした
立ち待ちしてる人達結構居ますが席は空いてる。注文集中緩和の為でしょう。店員さんは10数人
カウンター席はソロ、テーブル席は複数人でレーンは回ってません。カウンターは20〜30皿な人達も。昔々かっぱ寿司食べ放題 初めて行った時を思い出します
そのうち呼ばれカウンター席へ。男性3850円75分ラストオーダー60分
3貫握りのラインナップが大抵5〜6ですが9つもあります。ネバとろ以外注文します
やまと3貫は赤えび・かんぱち・中トロ?
鮮魚3貫はハマチ・真鯛・かんぱちと変わりなく
地魚はヒラメ、シイラ、メジマグロ。地魚は3貫物にしかない握りが多いですが一皿のみ･･･
活貝3貫タッチパネルにはつぶ貝と書いてありますが生ほっきでした。ほたてが冷たく大きく美味しいです
彩り3貫は蟹身、イクラ、ネギトロ。シャリの量が普通・小・極小と三段階あり極小にしました。それでも100円寿司位の大きさっぽい
忙しいのもあるでしょうがとにかく届く順序がバラバラ。まぐろ3貫は注文してから25分後に来たのでその後は2皿、3皿とまとめて注文するように。主力ネタなのでしっかり欲しい。大トロはいい感じなトロですが中トロは3貫物・単体とも赤身寄りな印象でした
単体の生たこはもみじおろし・葱付き。厚いと食べ辛いのでしょうがも少し厚くてもよかった
びんとろは肉厚ですがトロではない
ネタはしっかり握られてるようで亀戸より少し大きくも感じます。怒涛の如く注文が入ってるせいか最後迄すぐ来たりなかなか来なかったり
デザートは所々注文したのが最後にまとめて5つ来ました。順不同が多かったけど提供は概ね5〜6分待ちなのは助かりました。今回は18,060円分
雨ですがまだまだお客さん並んでました

This is my second time having all-you-can-eat at this restaurant, but it's raining again. However, when I entered the store and looked at the order, there were more people in there than last time. The lines at Chiba shops are much longer than in Tokyo. There are only about 7 people waiting here, so there is a lot of waiting. The wait was the longest ever.We were given seats at the counter. 60 minute order, 75 minute order, 3,850 yen for men When I looked at the 3 sashimi dishes, there were about 10 types, including 3 aburi sashimi, 3 sticky sushi, and other items I had never seen before, but for some reason they quickly disappeared, and I ordered tuna, fresh fish, local fish, etc. I ended up with 3 pieces of blue fish and live shellfish. One dish of soft boiled octopus is out of stock. There are grilled beef and grilled shrimp with mayo. Normally it costs 200 yen. Local fish such as red sea bream, black fish, and amberjack usually costs 520 yen. Eyed sea bream often appears. My first time catching black fish. It has a coppery red color and a sour taste, similar to a tuna that is not mellow. The amberjack has a greasy feel to it and gives the impression that it is not the usual amberjack.The Chutoro-zuke has a soy sauce flavor. Salmon avocado consists of 2-3 pieces of avocado and a large amount of purple onion.There are two 15-minute waits at 20 minutes and 40 minutes after the start. I had to wait for up to 8 dishes and after ordering, I had to wait 3 dishes.However, this time, the man who sat next to me a little later spread out his plate even more than I did, and was very insistent as he urged the staff to order. However, it's suspicious that I ordered it even though it was left in the middle. . . I was surprised that he left immediately after I left. The store clerk was stunned. Even though it's an all-you-can-eat option, it's a good idea to leave some extra food.The warning doesn't say there's a fine, but I've heard that if you leave it over, you'll have to pay the actual cost...It's tough, but I hope the restaurant does its best.
