平日のオープンと同時に入店。先客1組。後から多数来店。
千葉県を中心にして都内、茨城県などに展開する回転寿司ローカルチェーン店です。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でカウンターが12席にボックス席多数。
カウンターとテーブルの間が厨房になっていて寿司は手で握っている様子でした。
注文はタブレット。今回はランチ握り味噌汁、茶碗蒸し付き1240円とお好みで房総地魚サメカレイ380円にイワシ250円と生ビール390円を注文。
まず寿司ですが大きさは小振りで大手回転寿司チェーンと大差ない感じです。
ネタは厚みがあり大手チェーンよりグレードアップして美味しい。
茶碗蒸しは鶏肉、小エビ、ミニホタテなど入って美味しいですが大手チェーンと大差なし。
味噌汁は小蟹の足が入って蟹汁です。出汁が出て美味しい。
間違いなく大手チェーンよりは美味しい寿司ですが単品価格が3倍以上しますのでコスパ的には微妙。
