In 2009, Cozima moved from Minami Aoyama, Tokyo, where he had been accustomed for 10 years, to Tomisato City, Chiba Prefecture. The new Cozima, which is surrounded by lush greenery and has an attached horse riding club, offers Italian cuisine made with ingredients that make use of the blessings of Tomisato's land. From Tomisato, I will share the splendor of the region that I experienced during my three years of training in Italy. Cozima's concept is to bring smiles to every customer's face. |
