浜ゆう定食の煮魚頂きました

11時過ぎでしたが、先客一組、あと客は結構入ってきてます
色々メニューがありますが、迷った時は、店名の付いた定食がイイのかな。品数が多いです
オススメは揚げた魚ですが、あえて煮魚にしてみました。写真だとカサゴぽかったので・
銚子のウオッセで魚を買って、近くの人気店が10時から開いているので、覗くと既に店前には十人以上並んでます。やめて、飯岡まで来た次第です。
さてさて、注文してから、かれこれ三十分がたとうとした時に配膳されました
開店から5人目なんですが、あと客の方が先に配膳されてました。やはり揚げ魚の方が速かった。煮魚は味が染みるのに時間がかかりますね～
さて、先ずはイカの刺身、プリプリだけどサクっと身がきれます。凄く美味いです。剣先イカかな？マグロも生かもしれません。エビも凄く大きな一匹で、刺身盛り合わせは全部質のよいネタでした。
時間のかかった煮魚は、カサゴですサイズも20センチ位と満足なサイズ、身には煮汁が染みていて、鮮度が良く煮崩れしないで美味しい煮魚を頂きました。
小鉢は大根煮付け、奴、お新香、味噌汁には小エビからイイ出汁がでてます、ワカメとシラスが入ってます
ご飯は少し硬いやつ、も少し柔らかい方が好きだな
税抜き1500円はあの刺身盛りなら満足でした。帰るころには既に満席になってました
