2014年32杯目。
この日は旅先の千葉県東金市で15時過ぎに、JR東金線・東金駅近くのショッピングセンター「サンピア」の1Fにあるこちらのお店で遅い昼食を食べました。
中国人が切り盛りするお店で、最近あちこちで見掛ける中国人のお店の多くがそうであるように「手頃な値段でガッツリ食べられる」系のお店でした。
麺類は全てミニチャーハンとの「面セット」が基本で、ミニチャーハン無しの麺類単品は料金が¥50引きになるというメニュー構成でした。
いろいろな種類の麺があり、どれにするか考えあぐねて何となく「台湾ラーメン」（¥730、大盛¥100）にしました。
挽肉そぼろとニラと鷹の爪がのった醤油スープは、醤油の色は薄目で、塩気より辛味を強く感じる味付けで、挽肉とニラから溶け込んだ旨味がありましたが、何となく物足りませんでした。
ツルツルした舌触りのストレートの中麺は、少し柔目の茹で加減でした。
セットのミニチャーハンは、昼時に作って保温器の中で作り置きしたものの様で、いま一つでした。
