Katakai Fishing Port is a cute place with many shops selling clams, but this is a new shop that opened in 2020. The people who run the store are mid-level men. You might call him an urbane person, but he spoke very politely and was soft-spoken. You can eat and drink inside the store, but this time I bought Zenna for the purpose of having a snack to drink at home. At this store, the price per kilo is posted, but they also sell pieces or grams, so I ordered 500g of zenna. I vaguely remember, but the price was around 600 to 700 yen. At first, I was planning to eat it grilled, but then I changed my mind and thought that if the noodles were small, it would be better to steam them with sake as they would shrink less, so I decided to eat them steamed with sake instead. In the end, this is the correct answer. A simple sake-steamed dish, it's a great snack to drink at home.
