At our restaurant, we offer "selection Course" using seasonal ingredients. The course consists of about 10 dishes and an after-meal drink, giving you a sense of the changing seasons. The menu changes regularly, so you can enjoy a new dish every time you visit. Please enjoy the products created by the chef's warm heart. We also offer plates for birthdays and anniversaries. Chef-Chef.OGATA- Simple and sophisticated French cuisine
Born in 1985. Born in Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture. After graduating from culinary school, he returned to Japan after training at the three-star Restaurants "PAULBOCUSE" in Lyon, France. After that, he started working at "L'OSIER" in Ginza. After that, he went to France again. Trained at "Hotel LLeBristol" in Paris. After returning to Japan, he worked as a professor at Le Cordon Bleu Daikanyama School, a French cooking school. “Restaurant OGATA” opened in Kisarazu in December 2018.
