千葉県富津市漁港前で漁師さんの食事処へ行ってきました。
捕れたての富津名産海の幸をドカンと盛り付けた丼ぶり物が名物らしく
週末となると、地元の方だけでは無く、県外から来るお客さんで大にぎわいらしい。
なにしろ、東京湾で捕れる食材をふんだんに使う事で人気になった店らしく、
蕎麦やラーメンなども、当然海を感じる品との事・・・
年間を通して、人気なのが、大海老天丼・・子供にも人気らしいが、
このサイズの海老が3本は、ボリュームが有り過ぎで、大人の女性でも
少し手こずるかと思う、量を少し減らしたバージョンが有れば嬉しいかと・・
しかし、今食べて欲しいのが、 〝あなご天丼〟
東京湾のアナゴは有名かと思うけど、何しろフカフカで肉厚の新鮮アナゴを
ドカ~ンと大きな丼ぶりからはみ出させ〝どうだ~〟みたいな迫力
米の炊き具合も天丼食材にあう丁度良さ、味噌汁は、海が近いと感じ
少々贅沢かとも思いますが、値段以上の美味しさで大満足でした。
