富津辺りでは はかりめ丼と呼びますが、こちらのは煮穴子？を焼いてタレをかけたお重になってます
金田から君津あたりではかりめ丼をたべましたが
一番 食べごたえのあるものでした。丼じゃなくて
重にしている所に、何か意気込みを感じます
穴子は臭みは全然なく、柔らかく調理されてます。うな重を意識されている感じの盛り付けですが
もしかして、蒸し穴子をタレを漬けながら焼いたの？
だとしたらステキな穴子重ですよね～
お値段は少し上がってきてますが、納得のクオリティだと思います
今日の煮魚は単品でカサゴ煮1200円でしたが、定食500円増しにすると刺身付きの定食になります。
次はアナゴ天か煮魚だな！
