松山市へ出張。午後20時前に訪問。
元々は五色素麺という有名な特産品製造のお店らしく、
一見は土産店のようにしか見えないが、
それはあくまでレジ周りのみで、
ほかはちゃんと居酒屋になっていた。
平日だがけっこう賑わっている。
2階の小上がりに案内される。
愛媛に来たら、鯛とみかんサワーを頼みたかった。
メニューを睨むとどれもある！よかった！
同行者と一緒に思うままにメニューを注文。
以下、注文したメニュー。
・じゃこ天（本場だけあって美味い）
・じゃこカツ（美味いがじゃこ天のほうがよし）
・瀬戸内しらすおろし（まあ普通）
・地蛸の唐揚げ（身がプリプリ）
・釜揚げちりめんサラダ（シンプルだが美味い）
・真鯛 刺身（ムチムチで旨味が濃い。本日のNo.1！）
・真鯛 炙り（刺身のほうがよし）
・伊予和牛のおろしポン酢仕立て（予想に反して焼きしゃぶ的な）
・松山鶏の炙り（塩みかんソースは柚子胡椒強し）
・生ビール（まあ喉通し）
・松山ハイボール（炭酸ではない。みかんジュースが美味い）
・みかん酒のソーダ割り（つぶつぶあり。ハイボールのほうが好み）
総じて最高だった。特に真鯛の刺身。
鯛というのは新鮮だと歯ごたえあるが味が薄く、
何日か経って旨味が出ると歯ごたえがなくなるものだが、
今日の刺身は旨味と歯ごたえが両立している。
こんな真鯛を食べたのは初めてだった。
21時前にラストオーダーとなり、
鯛めしや鯛そうめんなど締めに考えてたものはスルー。
価格は一人4,000円程度。
非常によいお店だった。また訪れたい。
