クライアントとの会食に利用しました。
間口狭小奥行き長しの鰻の寝床型店内で、料亭というより高級居酒屋のイメージでしょうか。
個室はありますが、カウンターメインのため、少人数接待に使用が可能な程度です。
料理はどれも美味！
ビジュアル的な技法をこらしたりというのは無いですが、ひねりは無くとも素材を大事にというのが強く伝わってくる。
コースも良いですが、美味い酒と美味い料理を数品静かに嗜んで帰る、そんな感じのお店だと思います。
