愛媛松山ミシュランガイドの旅!!
今夜のメインは「花乃ん」!!
お造りから始まり焼魚は太刀魚、さすがに瀬戸内海が目の前にあるだけあり魚が旨いです。
小鍋は地元の豚バラに水菜、出汁も効いていて豚の旨味もあり美味しいでです。
今シーズンお初の鱧、天ぷらでいただきます。
お酒も進み、あっという間の宴。
〆のごはんは松山らしく鯛めし、鯛の旨味が口一杯に広がります。
デザートは塩アイス、さっぱりとお口直しです。
満足な松山の夜でした。
