Last night, I enjoyed excellent Sushi and sake at a restaurant called Isami Sushi Hokusai in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. This long-established restaurant has been in business for 42 years and serves authentic Sushi made with fresh fish from the Setouchi Inland Sea. There are also luxurious dishes such as Seafood rolls and grilled Japanese black beef sea urchin rolls. For Japanese sake, I tried Ehime prefecture's local sake ``Yukijaku,'' ``Kofuji,'' and ``Uzu.'' Each dish was unique and delicious, and went well with Sushi. The Sushi made with the tiger prawns in the aquarium made right in front of me was also exquisite. I was lucky to be able to encounter such delicious Sushi and sake while on a business trip.
