食べログや地元情報誌て探してたどり着いたお店が象三さん
カウンター席へ案内されました
メニュー表はありますが、注文は全てタッチパネルです（どこかの回転寿司みたい）
このお店のおすすめメニューをタッチパネルで注文
出てくるのがすごく早い
でもタッチパネルにない日本酒は店員さんを呼ぶって言うタッチパネルに呼ぶボタンがありました
カウンター席後ろに日本酒が並んだショーケースがあって指差しで注文（ここはアナログでした）
松山市もお魚が美味しいですね
そういえば、四国一周ソロツーリングでは、カツオのたたきを、徳島、高知、大洲と各地でいただきました
どこも美味しい！甲乙つけがたい！
じゃこ天は、じゃこが天ぷらの中に練りこんであるのではなく、天ぷらの上に乗っていて、じゃこの食感がストレートに感じられて良い。
一番美味しかったのは（ドラムロール♪）
鯛めしのおにぎり
さすがに鯛めしの釜めしバージョンは量が多すぎるので、おにぎりを注文。
カツオのたたきについていたわさびを残しておいて正解でした。
おにぎりにわさびを乗せて、お茶漬け風にしていただきました
