ガイドブックで見て食べてみたかった「松山鮓」。
小魚のだしと甘めの合わせ酢で作ったすし飯に、穴子や季節の野菜などを混ぜ込んだちらし寿司だそう。
正岡子規も好んだ料理なのだとか☆
こちらはその松山鮓がいただける和食店。
GW後だったこともあるのか道後温泉は全体的に空いており、休日のお昼時でしたがすぐに入れました。
松山鮓セットをオーダー。
松山鮓に加え、五色そうめんと小鉢も味わえるセットです。
松山鮓は彩りがきれいで華やか。
甘めの味で美味しかったです＾＾
具材たくさんで満足感もたっぷり。
五色そうめんは松山揚げがのっていて、優しいお味。
小鉢は山菜で箸休めにぴったり。
旅行時はお腹もいっぱいになりがちなので、食べ疲れしないメニューは嬉しい！
松山鮓がいただけて大満足のランチでした☆
