今回の愛媛旅行の２つ目の目的のお店です。
２０２２年の焼き鳥１００名店に選ばれています。
店舗入り口の引き戸が解りずらいのが唯一の難点！
２週間前の予約で入れましたが、入店後まもなく満席。
予約必須です。
日本酒、芋焼酎の湯割り、ビール２杯で１万５０００円少々。
お通しにモモのタタキ、塩ユッケ、おまかせの焼鳥７本セットを２人前、ヒップに皮も各２人前。
特に美味しかったのがモモ、ツクネ、シャモの白子。
串の最初のモモの一口で、焼き鳥の概念が覆されました！
とにかくジューシー！でも表面はカリッとしています。
白子の柔らかさ、甘さにもやられました。
焼酎も黒ジョカで前日からなじませてあったものを、ゆっくり温めて出してもらえるなど拘っています。
滋賀の淡海地鶏を主に使われているなど、価格設定は強気ですが、それだけの価値はあると思いました。
