何度かお邪魔しているのですが、今回初めて博多風？水炊きを注文。
キャベツなどの野菜もたくさん、新鮮な鶏肉のぶつ切りと薄切りとが出て、食感を楽しめそう。
鍋のスープは白濁した、いかにも鳥の出汁、といった感じでしたが、あまり香りがしなかったので少し嫌な予感がしていました。
その後、ポン酢登場。あらら、これじゃポン酢の味しかしないだろうな、そう思っていたら的中でした。
念のため、出汁そのものを味見してみましたが、正直臭みのあるもので、これは商品として正しいのか、何か味を忘れているのでは、調理法が間違っているのでは、と心底悩みました。そのくらい、残念な状態でした。
鶏自体は美味しかったですが、鍋で臭みがしみ込むというか、ポン酢につけても結構気になるほど強く、箸がまったく進まないまま出汁は煮詰まってドロドロになってしまいました。
もしかしたらこの日だけ、何かがおかしかったのかもしれません。
その他の鍋は今までも普通に美味しくいただいてますので、余計にこの鍋は衝撃でした。
