本日もかっとばしてまいりましょう、コメントじゃんじゃんどうぞ。励みになります。
愛媛県松山市、新空港通り近くにあるクレピスさんに御邪魔しました。
名前が素晴らしいですね。イタリアに多く自生するピンクたんぽぽのクレピス。
意外と日本のたんぼぼより繊細でおしとやかでございます。
大事にして頂戴という意味を込めたのか、それともどこでもわたしは生きていけるという自信の花言葉か。
駐車場は広く9台から10台ほど。
女性の1オペです。
朝食がわりにモーニングを注文します。ワンコイン500円。
テーブルとカウンター合わせて40名ほど。
昼になるとかなり駐車場は混んでいます。
内容はゆでたまご、サラダ、厚切りトーストに、お好きなドリンク。
しめて1コイン500円ぽっきり。
アイスコーヒーを注文しましたが、氷は通常のナイアガラ氷でうまいわけでもありませんが、
この値段なら上級ではありませんが十分な味。
トーストはバターが塗られており焼き加減もグッド。
サラダにはトマトやきゅうりが入り、年寄りなら充分な量。
更に玉子が加わり昭和の香りの店内ととともに落ち着けます。
新聞にオムライスのケチャップがついているのもいいですね。
箱が大きいですが、それなりに入ってます。
店員さんの優しい笑顔と板についた接客。
もう30年近いかな。これからも頑張って欲しいです。
