The restaurant I had always wanted to go to on this business trip was unexpectedly closed, so I decided to have yakiniku at a restaurant I had been interested in for a while. I ordered the Yakiniku lunch (beef 900 yen). Judging from the amount of fat, is it ribs? The meat was quite tender and delicious. The sauce is also quite light and I like that it doesn't overpower the flavor of the meat. The radish kimchi has a strong garlic flavor and goes well with the rice. Although you can't see it in the photo, the soup was light and bland. Both the meat and kimchi seem to go well with beer, so I'd like to try it at night next time.
