松山市の本町から消防署の交差点を、中央通りに入り、真っ直ぐ行き、左側にある焼肉屋であります。
前々からあって、友人と行ってみようと、はじめてきました。
店内は空いてました。ハラミなど一通り、豚バラ、かしわなど、スープも注文しました。
料理がきて、焼きはじめると、友人が、どれも同じ肉なのかと聞くから
いやいや、違うよと言いました。
肉には、もみだれがしっかりついて、味がキツイのか、そう感じたのかも知れません。
つけだれは、あっさりしていて、肉の旨味でより美味しくなり食べやすかったです。
スープは、味が薄口で、すごくあっさりしていて美味しかったです。
