松山、道後温泉に仕事で行き、接待に使ったお店。
待ち合わせの時間に遅れそうだったので、道後温泉本館辺りからダッシュ。３分くらい走ると目立たない入り口の椿倶楽部があった。
接待なので写真を撮ったりゆっくりと味わったりすることは出来なかったが、一つ一つの料理は丁寧で美味しい。
時折見せる創作料理も上品で好み。
愛媛県産の日本酒を五種類くらいいただき、チーズ豆腐、ほうたれ(かたくちいわし)の天ぷら、ブリの焼き物、極めつけはカワハギの肝付のお造りなど10種類ほどの料理で大満足。
サービスもさすが。女将を初めとして気持ちの良い上品な接客をしてくれる。
設えも2階は雰囲気の良い個室。どれをとっても満足の行くお店。
渋谷にあったら間違いなく接待に使うだろうな。
