出張時の夜の会食場所。
ぶりしゃぶが絶品とのことで、さっそく注文。
最初は刺し身で、次はしゃぶしゃぶで、最後は柚子胡椒で、と3段階での楽しみ方。
美味しいです。出汁もいい感じ。シメうどんや雑炊にすることも考えずに最後はひたすら汁だけ飲んでました(笑)
別に頼んだ刺し身の鯛もイカも美味しかった。
松山好きになりそうです。
というか、やっぱり地方はほんと美味しいものが多いですね。
また出張の際には行きます。
