明後日、正社員になるための試験があるので、勝負メシに｢ぶりしゃぶを食べたい！｣と思い、宇和島場所２番町店さんに行ってきました。
コロナウイルス感染拡大防止のため 時短営業されており、少し早めの夕食で 17時に予約してお邪魔させて頂きました。
雰囲気の良い広い個室に案内して頂きました。
人生初の｢ぶりしゃぶ｣に期待を膨らませて ワクワクドキドキしていると…
｢ドーーーン！」
思わず「綺麗!!!」と叫んでしまいました！
大きなお皿に盛り付けられた名物ぶりしゃぶです！
店員さんのオススメで、まずは お刺身で頂きました。
｢なんじゃこりゃ！！｣
今まで 回転寿司で食べてきたブリとは全然違う！
全くの別物です！
脂の乗りがハンパねぇ！
｢これがブランド"戸島一番ブリ”かっ！めちゃめちゃ美味い！｣
感動しました！
お醤油も甘くて美味しい！
その後、ぶりしゃぶも頂きました。
もちろん美味い！ネギとの相性バツグン！
出汁も最高に美味い！
だがしかし、刺身で食べるのが一番だっ！
お店の人に怒られそうでしたが ほとんど刺身で頂きました(笑)
