I visited Miyoshi, a restaurant that I had been interested in because of its beautiful gate since I lived in Matsuyama. I ordered the "Dim sum" lunch set for about 1,800 yen. The fish, both grilled and sashimi, was delicious. I think that restaurants in Ehime that serve bad fish will go out of business soon. The food is seasoned in various ways, such as nuta, turnip? with thickened sauce, and lotus root, but the overall balance is good and you can eat it without feeling strange. I think the ingredients are good because they don't rely too much on strong seasoning. The rice in particular is delicious, and you can feel the sweetness even if you eat it alone. I ended up having a second helping. The red miso soup is strong, but the amount is small. There are many small dishes, so this is also well-balanced ◎ Above all, the soup that comes in a small bowl is somehow elegant. The chawanmushi had Oyster on it. The person next to me ordered Tempura, and it looked delicious, so I ordered an extra one. The carrots were especially delicious. The color and flavor were very deep, and the texture was fluffy, like sweet potato, but not too heavy. I wondered if it was a special variety or a result of the cooking method. All the ingredients were delicious, so I'm glad I ordered it. For dessert, we had yuzu sorbet and a pound cake with black beans. Even though it was a sorbet, it was sticky and chewy, but the freshness of the yuzu made it not heavy and it was delicious. The black bean pound cake was also delicious with a refined sweetness. Everything I ate at this restaurant was delicious. The ingredients seem to change with the season, so I'll try again another time. The selection of alcohol seemed good, so I'd like to visit in the evening as well.
