We use fresh domestic chicken, mainly from Ehime. The homemade sauce for our yakitori is the same one used by Toritshou in Niihama (established 27 years ago). Our zangi (fried chicken) is a hearty, cr

In addition to zangi yakitori, we also offer other dishes and delicacies that go well with alcohol, including dishes made with local seasonal fish and vegetables. We also have a wide selection of drinks, including local sake. Our restaurant has an 8m counter made from a single piece of wood, semi-private tables that give off the warmth of wood, and private tatami rooms where you can relax and unwind.
