あつ〜い夏の日の昼飯に利用。鯛ラーメン850円
宇和島鯛めしの人気店。
観光客向けかと思い避けてましたが「ラーメン」があることに気づき訪問しました。鯛めし屋でラーメンは珍しいです。
そりゃ、ラーメンは熱いですよね。わかっちゃいるけど、見た目が涼やかなんで、熱いラーメンが出てきて面食らいました笑
あと、訪問した日は店内空調の効きが弱く、おしぼりも熱々。
猛暑の中の店選びをミスった感…
でも、出てきたラーメンは、途中から海苔が全体に広がったり、ワサビを入れたりで味変も楽しめる仕様で面白い。
最後にご飯をぶっ込む「ラーメンお茶漬けセット」がメニューにあるのがわかります。絶対おいしい。
麺は硬めの細麺で、このスープに合ってると思います。
出汁の効いたスープは美味しく、熱い中でも飲みたくなるお味。でも、レンゲが小さくて飲みづらく、暑い中店を早く出たいので、ちょっと飲んだだけで諦めました(..)
履き物脱いで上がる店内で、履き物の片付けをしてくれたり、会計は席でしたり、と、夜メインの店っぽいサービスでした。ま、そんなサービスより、おしぼりが冷たい方が夏はありがたいです^_^
メインの鯛めしも食べてみないと、ですね。
