Today's post is from Grandpa (^^)v My food mentor came here the other day. Naturally, he gave it a high rating. So I decided to follow in his footsteps, and so this was my first visit. The restaurant is in a building in a drinking district. If it were Nagoya, it would be in Nishiki, Naka-ku, or if it were Osaka, it would be in Kitashinchi. The restaurant has a striking straight counter, and is refreshingly crisp. The chef and two chefs are in charge of the preparation. We had the lunch course, and the person next to us had the evening omakase course. Looking at the evening course, I almost fainted. It was filled with some very luxurious ingredients and a considerable number of side dishes. I deeply regret not ordering the evening course. 1. Bigfin reef squid tenta with onions 1. Kasugoda from Nagahama 2. Red sea bream from Imabari 3. Bigfin reef squid from Ainan town 4. Halfbeak off the coast of Matsuyama 5. Oba iwashi 6. Hiragana shellfish from Niihama 7. Spanish mackerel from Yoshino 8. Pickled tuna from Numazu 9. Horse mackerel from Sanbe, Ehime Prefecture 10. Tiger prawns from Amakusa 11. Local conger eel 2. Tamagoyaki with shrimp and yam 3. Red pearl and Beni Princess Sushi here is seriously good. I think the seasoning of the rice is excellent. The toppings are top notch, and everything is delicious The chef treats customers naturally and enjoyably This is definitely a great restaurant. I can recommend it 100%. When I think about it, I want to go again. I'll get on a plane and go again... It was great (^^)
