場所は三番町、サザンコーラスビル（松山のフレンチ門田さんが入ったビルです）
三階の一室に、たか山さんがあります。
カウンター9席、個室なし
扉を開けると広がる和の空間は
これぞ落ち着いた鮨屋の趣をと感じさせてくれます。
シャリは個人的に好みな赤酢で
松山ではそう多く無いはず。
おまかせコースは、大将目利きのお魚、季節旬の食材を
いちばんの状態で提供してくれます。
魚以外の春食材、この日は竹の子も美味しかったです。
一品料理を堪能しつつ、握ってもらうお鮨ひとつひとつ
旨味たっぷりで素晴らしい内容でした。
サービスにおいても、おもてなしを感じられる
大満足の食事会でした。
