愛媛旅行！着いてすぐに食べたのは名物の鯛めし！
愛媛といえばみかんのイメージが強いですが、実は真鯛の生産量日本一
鯛めしには2種類あります
1. 松山市を中心とした中予～東予地方の、焼いた鯛を昆布だしでふっくら炊き込んだ「松山鯛めし」
2. 宇和島市を中心にした南予地方の、生卵入りのタレに漬けた鯛のお刺身を、タレごと温かいごはんに掛けていただく「宇和島鯛めし」
秋嘉は道後温泉駅から徒歩1分のところにある好立地！
秋嘉では、2種類どちらも頂くことができるのですが｢松山鯛めし｣を選びました
季節の野菜を使った天ぷらと鯛のお刺身もたべられる贅沢御膳☺️
鯛めしはまずはそのまま頂き、最後はお茶漬けで
おこげもいっぱいでとてもおいしかったです
