Located near Dogo Onsen's Botchan Karakuri Clock Tower No parking available We lined up 25 minutes before the 11am opening and were just able to get in on the first turn Inside the restaurant has four counter seats on the first floor and most of the seats for four, such as semi-private rooms on the second floor We were shown to a table seat We ordered ✨Matsuyama Sea Bream Rice Set 2,350 yen ✨Uwajima Sea Bream Rice Set 2,200 yen ✨Sea Bream Somen 2,500 yen ✨Tangerine Cocktail Beautiful Skin 700 yen The Matsuyama Sea Bream Rice is supposed to take about 20 minutes to cook, but after waiting for about 13 minutes all the dishes arrived The Matsuyama Sea Bream Rice is served in a clay pot I ate the first bowl as it was Steamed! The soup stock from the sea bream is well soaked in and is delicious. The second bowl is served with condiments and the third bowl with the soup stock. The first bowl of Uwajima Taimeshi is white rice with sea bream sashimi, topped with special dashi soy sauce, Kumano Yoran egg yolk and wasabi. It's my favorite flavor. The second bowl is light and refreshing with grated yam! The sea bream somen noodles are topped with seared sea bream on top. They have a refreshing taste and I was able to eat them easily. All the dishes come with Tempura squid somen noodles, which made me very full. Thank you for the meal.
