ある意味、家系ラーメンにも近いですが、それより豚骨にこだわりを感じるお店。
かつて若い頃、無鉄砲やまりお流、わいず、などで濃厚豚骨のトリコになり、とにかく濃厚豚骨を探しまくっていた頃、好きだった...

平和通の元骨太味覚のお店跡です。
厳密には『跡』ではなくて、店名とラーメンを変えてリニューアルＯＰＥＮしたと言った方が正しいかもしれません。
店の外観は派手な暖簾や看板が無く、本当に営業してるの？...
