本日は夜市の初日、大街道と銀天街はヤバいくらいの大混雑。
お目当て＋補欠の店舗はどこも入れず、油断していた、、、反省。
三越の1階にフードコートがあると思い、てっぺん寿司さんでお世話になりました。
空いていたので「ハズレでもしょうがないか〜」と思っていたのですが、まぁまぁ美味しかったし店員さんも良い感じで好感の持てる良い店舗かな、と。
さすが、松山三越です。

（太刀魚・鯛・カンパチ・縞あじ・鰆）瀬戸内のお魚は白身でグニュグニュした魚が多いのですが、本日頂いたお魚はかなり歯応えのある食感の心地良い新鮮と思わせるネタだったと思います。
ただ、醤油は甘いのでは無かったなー、今これを書いていて気が付きました。何故だろう？
