"ハラミ"の一番美味しい食べ方を提案するハラミ屋。あっさりとしたハラミや黒毛和牛の霜降りハラミなど食べ比べもできます。おすすめは分厚く切ったハラミ。そのほか、ロースやヒレ、カルビなど、霜降りでなく「あえて」赤身を多く揃えている焼肉屋です。
