We offer three types of courses (5,500 yen, 7,700 yen, 11,000 yen) using seasonal seafood. We are particular about the taste unique to each season, and we have prepared a variety of excellent dishes using the most suitable cooking method for the ingredients. Sashimi, Sushi, grilled dishes, Fried food, Vinegared dish, Simmered dish, etc.! The course contents change depending on the daily purchasing situation. All of the local fish from the Seto Inland Sea that we purchase from local fishing grounds is extremely fresh. For sushi, we use delicious rice carefully selected based on the year's quality and condition. Please enjoy the exquisite quality that our chefs create with their masterful skills. We also offer a la carte dishes with ingredients that change depending on the season. Octopus Tempura is served with rock salt, which brings out the flavor of the ingredients. Fried shrimp and pearl oysters from the Seto Inland Sea are a delightful dish with a chewy texture. We also recommend the vinegared blue Vinegared dish and Yuan-yaki pomfret. Conger Tempura is also popular.

We also have a full drink menu! We have about 15 types of Japanese sake on hand, including local sake. We carefully consider the compatibility with dishes that emphasize seasonal flavors, and focus on products with a refreshing taste that does not affect the taste of the ingredients.
