まだ食べたことないけど、B級グルメで知られた「焼豚玉子飯」
一人じゃ食べに行かないけど、会社の後輩とひと仕事終えて、2人とも初の焼豚玉子飯。
メニューに書いてる食べ方を見ないまま食べたので、後で「卵を混ぜて」を忘れたけど、小さめに切った焼豚も美味かった。
でもこの値段なら、薄くてもいいので、もう少し大きめの焼豚を並べてほしいな。
焼豚を目玉にしてるんなら、見た目のインパクトに欠けたし、卵の下にはあまり焼豚が無かった。
タレさえあれば、家でも作れそうなシンプルな構成でした。
作ってみようかな。
