こちらは深夜もやってる居酒屋です。
深夜に行きました。
個室に案内されました。店内は賑わっています。
まず口頭でドリンクを注文します。宇治抹茶ハイをお願いしました。その後の注文はタッチパネルで注文します。
宇治抹茶ハイと付きだしがきました。ゴボウサラダ、切り干し大根、春雨サラダという内容です。ゴボウサラダ、ゴボウと人参がマヨネーズで和えられています。まろやかな味わい。切り干し大根、人参や揚げなども入っています。優しい味わい。春雨サラダ、胡瓜や人参も入っていてサッパリ味わいました。
豆富真丈磯辺揚げ、サクッと軽い揚がり具合。中はトロトロでまろやかです。天つゆに大根おろしとおろし生姜を入れて味わいました。
栃尾の油揚げ～おろし納豆～、油揚げはカリッザクッとしていて大根おろしと納豆でサッパリ味わえます。
栃尾の油揚げ～もろ味噌チーズ～、カリッと香ばしい油揚げにもろ味噌の風味と旨みチーズのトロッとしたコクが味わい深い。
宇治抹茶ハイ二杯目をお願いしました。
プルコギピザ、サクッとした生地にプルコギやチーズの旨みが印象的です。
揚げ餅ととろろチーズのオーブン焼、とろろの旨みにチーズのコク、揚げ餅のモチッとした歯触りがいいですね。
支払いは5,360円でした。
次回は今回売り切れで食べれなかったツナとコーンのクラシックピザを食べたいですね。
