今治で、老舗の焼肉店で、人気あるこのお店は、昔からの味つけで、懐かしさがわきます。
久々だったから、肉があまり、よくないと個人的に思いました。
バラ、上バラ、ロース、特上ロース、ホルモン、豚バラ、かしわ、ハラミなど、たくさん注文しました。
金額が、はるのは理解していました。
たくさん食べて、お腹は満たされました。
味はもみだれがたくさんついているから、旨味が肉に染みて、とても美味しくまとまりがあります。
肉を、もみだれで上質にするという、老舗の味が、際立つものでありました。
