2015/10 There was a walking event in Imabari, so I ate here and went home. It feels like I finally made it. Kou-kun, who used to work at Tsuyakichi in Matsuyama, opened this restaurant and contacted me saying, "Akko-san, please come to Imabari." It's been a long time since then. In the meantime, reviewer Majirin has been there. As expected, he's quick lol. ^o^ I'm not familiar with Imabari city, so I arrived with a friend's guidance. It's a former Sushi restaurant, with the second floor being his home. It's a space that has been left untouched, but it has a calm and elegant appearance. Kou-kun❤ It's been a long time. He's still handsome. ^o^ He's doing his best in a Minori T-shirt. He showed me to a private room in the back, and the lighting in the room was stylish and the round table was nice. Now, let's toast with beer. I ordered the [Assorted Sashimi] assortment. It was a luxurious serving. There was also turban shell, scallop, and milt with ponzu sauce. We all tried two types of meatballs, the Tsukimi Tsukune and the Oroshi Ponzu Tsukune, which are their specialties. They were plump but had a firm texture and were a satisfying size. It's so delicious and crunchy that you can't stop eating it. ^o^ For the final course, we had Chicken Broth Chazuke. Is this chicken broth powder? Lol But it was light and delicious. I heard they serve grilled chicken, but they have a wide range of menu items and are reasonably priced, so it's perfect for families. They have a raised tatami room so you can relax with children.
