You can enjoy charcoal-grilled yakitori here, which is rare in Imabari. I went at night and sat at the counter. First, I quenched my thirst with a non-alcoholic beer. Macaroni salad was served as an appetizer. Corn, ham, and other ingredients were included along with the cabbage, and the mayonnaise had a mellow flavor. Tomato slices and salt were served, and I enjoyed the juicy, sour tomato flavor. I ate the traditional senzanki (6 pieces) with a squeeze of lemon. The crunchy texture of the batter. The sweetness of the mirin also stood out. The meat inside was juicy. Two skewered green onions, juicy in taste. Covered in a sweet sauce with a hint of sourness. Two gizzards, crunchy in texture. The salt worked well. Two chicken breast, grilled with salt. I felt a crunchy texture. Two grilled livers, covered in a light sauce similar to ponzu, sprinkled with green onions and white sesame seeds on top. Rare and juicy in taste. It's fluffy. I ordered green tea and had the Tsukimi Tsukune. The sauce was light and clear with a sharp taste, and the mellowness of the egg yolk was great. The Tsukune was fluffy and flavorful. The bill was 3,760 yen. Next time I'd like to try the cheese Tsukune.
