大山祇神社よりすぐ！しまなみ産の天然イノシシの骨と肉を使って作るオリジナルラーメン
天然のイノシシの骨・肉をはじめ、その旨味をひきだしてくれる瀬戸内の海産物や食材を８時間以上かけてじっくり焚いた、ここでしか味わえない猪骨白湯スープです。臭いと思われがちなイノシシですが、適切な処理を行う地元の「しまなみイノシシ活用隊」の技術により、嫌な臭みは一切無く、食べやすい風味に仕上がっています。国産の小麦ユメチカラを使ったオリジナル麺に合わせて是非ご賞味ください。 |
地元の知人夫婦おすすめの、大山祇神社の参道沿いにある珍しい猪ラーメン屋さんに連れてっていただいた。醤油を注文。スープは甘みがあり、猪のケモノ臭など感じず、猪のクセを感じない。麺は主張しないアッサリ細麺。チャーシューはビーフジャーキーの様な味わい。洗練されまくりで凄いのだが、猪というインパクトを感じてみたいので、今度は素材を感じやすそうな塩を注文してみようと思う。
