ネギと相まってスープがとても美味しい。
ただ個人的には麺が少しインスタントっぽい感がした。
よい材料を使用していると思われる、具材とスープ。すっきり上品系で、良い塩、しょうゆの味を生かしている。麺もスープに合わせた歯切れのよい特注麺でラーメンのバランスがいい。
