愛媛訪問の際にランチ利用。くるま走らせていると目立ったとんかつ屋さんを発見したので衝動来店。
店内も外から見えるし、入りやすい<^!^> おじいちゃんから若い子まで結構はいっていましたね。
早速、一枚目の扉をくぐると発売機があり、食券購入後テーブルへ。
広々とした席で落ち着きました。ソファー席で居心地も良い
注文は、当然、トンカツ定食。
厚切りで肉厚があってサクサク衣。
完璧じゃん。
サクッと噛み切れて噛めば噛むほど、肉汁が溢れてくる。悪くない。
キャベツも千切りで好きなタイプの提供方法。ごまドレかけて絡めて食べるのがまた、ご飯のおかずになって良いんですよ笑
とんかつソースも個人的にはヒットでした。
しつこくない舌触りで、衣への絡み方が絶妙。
とんかつは、肉の質はもちろん衣、大事ですよね。綺麗な油であげてるんだろうな、って直感的に思いました。
地元のみんなに愛されるとんかつ屋ってやっぱり良いですね！
