I went in the evening. I'll sit at the counter. More and more customers came and it became lively. First, quench your thirst with shochu [barley] with ichiko and water. Raw seaweed vinegar was served as an accompaniment. There was also firefly squid inside, which gave it a refreshing taste. I'll have the corn butter. The butter is mellow and gives it a sweet taste. Grilled sardines and mirin, grill it yourself on the stove and enjoy. Squeeze lemon and serve with mayonnaise. The sweetness of mirin is nice. I ordered shochu [potato] Kurokirishima with water and had grilled hormones. Hormones are strong. I enjoyed it with moist bean sprouts. Green onions are sprinkled from above. It had a sweet flavor. The green onions are moist and juicy. The meatballs have a sweet taste and are plump. Enjoy grilled mentaiko while drinking shochu [barley] Ichibanfuda with water. I grilled it myself on the stove and enjoyed it with a squeeze of lemon and mayonnaise. The spiciness is nice. We had the Hokki mackerel, squeezed lemon, and grated daikon radish with soy sauce. It tasted fatty and moist. The pizza has a crunchy crust and is topped with cheese, broccoli, and bacon. The gap between the melty, mellow cheese and the crunchy dough is a nice touch. I ordered two servings of grilled sardine and mirin and enjoyed it while drinking a black nikka highball. The bill was 6,760 yen. Next time I would like to try the liver etc.
