もう12月ですね、中萩中学校近くのUSAGIさんで美味しい串カツランチいただきました。 : USAGI

It's been a while since I last visited USAGI, a cafe and restaurant near Nakahagi Junior High School, on my way around the upper district of Niihama City. I usually sit at the counter, but I sat at a table for two by the window. For today's lunch, I could choose from kushikatsu, grilled hokke, or Seafood Bowl. After a bit of thought, I ordered kushikatsu. Since I was sitting in a different spot than usual, I could see a lot of things. There were rabbits everywhere, weren't there? On the wall in front of me, a clockwork grandfather clock was ticking away. It chirped to let me know it was two o'clock. It was a nostalgic sound unique to the Usubon style. After a while, my kushikatsu lunch was ready. The main course was two kushikatsu. There were various side dishes lined up, including vegetable salad and Simmered dish. The kushikatsu was soft and delicious. The side of the dish was macaroni salad, and the seasoning was just right, and I could eat a mountain of it ( ´艸｀) The taro was served with a sweet miso sauce, and the chikuwa was served with oden. After the meal, we had a small cake and coffee. It was delicious and filling.

On a rainy Tuesday, I went out to make a delivery and decided to stop by Usagi near Nakahagi Junior High School to have lunch. It was about 1:30pm? I sat at the counter. Today's lunch was shrimp mayonnaise, grilled pork and egg rice, and dried horse mackerel. They all looked appealing, so after a little deliberation, I ordered the shrimp mayonnaise lunch. I thought maybe fish would be better for my health, but I ended up choosing Fried food (ToT) After a while, it was ready. There were many colorful side dishes lined up. First, I had the shrimp mayonnaise. It was crispy and delicious. The hijiki and bean Simmered dish also had a good taste. The radish was soft and delicious. The radish and carrot vinegared Vinegared dish, pickled Chinese cabbage, and macaroni salad were all delicious. There was rice, miso soup, and vegetables, so it was a well-balanced lunch. After the meal, I had a small cake and coffee! The bill came to 1,000 yen (tax included) (^o^)

Because of the rain, I went out to run some errands by car! On the way back, I took a detour to Usagi near Nakahagi Junior High School! I sat at the counter and ordered today's lunch (fried conger eel). It was ready after a while! It was colorful and had plenty of vegetables, so it was a well-balanced lunch! First, I had the fried conger eel! It was thicker than I expected and had a heavy weight. When I ate it, the meat was firm and delicious. I was also happy that it was served with tartar sauce! Small dish of soybean pulp also tasted good. The rice and miso soup were also delicious. They cooked various ingredients as Simmered dish or pickles, so it was fun to eat while guessing what they were. I thought it was French fries, but it was pickled eggplant. ( ´艸｀) After the meal, I had coffee and a small cake! The small cake had a cube of watermelon on top. The coffee was also bulging at the bottom of the cup, so the amount was generous! It would be nice for women to have lunch and chat a little! I thought 1,000 yen (tax included) for a delicious lunch, a small dessert and plenty of coffee was a good price.

丁度お昼頃に、上部へ出掛ける用事ができました。
丁度良いので、久しぶりにウサギさんでランチ食べようと訪問しました。
お昼の12時過ぎ、駐車場も車多いですね。
お店の前が空いていたので車を止めて店内へ。
テーブル席は満席、一人なので空いてるカウンターへ。
今日のランチは、海鮮丼、串カツ、鮭のムニエルから選んで下さいとのこと。
少し悩んで海鮮丼お願いしました。
同じカウンターの昔なじみの常連さんとお話ししてたら出来上がり。
彩りも良くて美味しそうです。
大きすぎない大きさの海鮮丼、高野豆腐の鶏ミンチはさみの煮物、おから、マカロニサラダ、漬物、味噌汁が付いてました。
まずは味噌汁、熱々で美味しいです。
豆腐やお麩が入ってます。
海鮮丼、醤油タレを回しかけていただきます。
刻み海苔の風味も良くお魚も美味しいですね！
当然、ご飯も良い具合です。
高野豆腐、これが丁度良い味付けで美味しい。
おからも上手に炊いてます。
漬物、タクアンと白菜コレも良い味。
食べ終わると、コーヒー出して下さいます。
小さなケーキ、可愛くデコレーションされてます。
勿体ないので、半分に切って二口でいただきました。
お客様、入れ替わりでコンスタントに来られてますので、お会計して帰ります。
今日もご馳走さまです。
帰りに入り口横見ると、来たときには気が付かなかったウサギのお雛様が沢山の並んでました。

９月２１日、上部方面に車で出かけてたので久しぶりに「ＵＳＡＧＩ」さんでランチです。
１２時少し前に到着。
相変わらず駐車場に車多いですね。
入り口の縁台ではいつも季節に合わせたウサギの飾りが迎えてくれます。
ウサギの飾りどんだけお持ちなんでしょうね！？
二人なので４人がけテーブルに座って、チキン香草パン粉焼と小イワシ唐揚を注文。
まずはチキン香草パン粉焼が出来上がり。
彩りもよく、少しずついろんなおかずが並んでます。
お味噌汁には大きなサツマイモが。
少し遅れて小イワシ唐揚も出来上がり。
メインのおかずと、卵焼きが少し違ってるようです。
ご飯は軽めですが、おかずが沢山有るのでお腹いっぱいになりますね。
食後には、プチケーキが付いたコーヒー。
コーヒーカップも一人ずつ違ってますが必ずウサギがいました。

２月９日、上部方面に用事で出たので車での訪問です。
１３時過ぎ、車沢山停まってますね。
入り口にはウサギのお雛様が飾られてます。
お昼のピークは過ぎたようです。
いつものカウンターに座ります。
外の黒板に書いてた本日のランチから鶏のテリヤキ丼を注文します。
食後にはホットコーヒーお願いしました。
小ぶりなトレイで運ばれてきました。
丼と小鉢が三品、お漬物に、お味噌汁です。
テリヤキの下にはキャベツがしかれてます。
しっかり味がついたテリヤキ美味しくてご飯に良く合います。
切り干し大根もいいお味です。
味噌汁も熱々で炒り子のだしが効いててうまうま。
中には白菜やかぼちゃが入ってました。
よく噛んで美味しく完食！！
食後のコーヒーにはプチケーキ！
小さいケーキですがバナナなどトッピングされてて美味しいです。
濃い目のコーヒーとよく合います。
お腹一杯になりました、ごちそうさまです。

　お昼少し過ぎの1時30分頃訪問。

　まだお客さんいらっしゃいますね。

　カウンターに座ります。

　三種類のランチメニューから選べるようです。

　あじのあんかけをお願いしました。

　食後には紅茶頼みました。

　しばらくして出来上がり。

　カウンターですが、後ろから運んできてくださいました。

　カラッと揚げ立ちのアジおいしそうですね。

　キャベツやマカロニサラダに漬物などがお皿に綺麗に盛り付けられてます。

　具沢山な味噌汁もうれしいですね。

　アジは頭からいただきます。

　野菜たっぷりのアンを絡めて、尻尾の先までおいしくいただきました。

　ご飯もちょうどいい量でおなかいっぱいになります。

　食後には紅茶とプチケーキ。

　紅茶も濃くておいしいですね。

　2時近くなっても、ご近所の常連様でしょうか？お客さん切れません。

　おなかいっぱいご馳走様でした。

　上部の学校へ用事があったので帰りによりました。

　12時30分ころですが、駐車場一杯ですね。

　店内も、主婦のような女性でテーブル席は満席、カウンターに座りました。

　今日は、オムレツのランチとのことでそちらを注文しました。

　女性の4人グループが多くいらっしゃったので、順番が来るまで暫く雑誌読んで待ちました。

　モーニングと同じく、彩りも綺麗で品数も多いですね。

　この辺が女性に人気なんでしょうね。

　オムレツは、ジャガイモとひき肉が入っててコロッケの中身みたいな感じでしょうか。

　蕗の煮物、いいお味です。

　味噌汁も、うさぎの好きなニンジンが結構入ってて彩りいいし味も美味いです。

　ご飯も丁度いいくらいの量です。

　「足らなかったら言って下さいね。」と声かけていただいたのでお代わりもできるようです。

　食後には、プチケーキとコーヒーが出てきます。

　コーヒーはサイフォンで、量も結構ありますね。

　ケーキやコーヒーの器にもウサギが。

　店内や駐車場にもうさぎのオブジェがたくさんありました。


　ランチを食べようかと思って2月の第1土曜日に訪問。

　結構広い駐車場はほぼ一杯でした。

　中に入ると、カウンターが数席空いてましたのでそちらに座らせて頂きました。

　残念ながら土曜日はランチが無く、14時までモーニングが有るとのこと。

　軽食メニューもありますが、モーニングだけでかなり忙しいので出来ないそうでした。

　おにぎりのモーニングを注文。

　厨房には何人かいらっしゃるようですが忙しそうにされてました。

　待ってる間に少しお話聞いてみたら、角野にあったお店を1月15日より中萩に移転オープンされたそうです。

　お店の前には熨斗紙がぎっしり貼って有りました。

　店内もいたるところにウサギさんが居て女性受けしそうな感じでした。

　僕が座ってからも、何人か来られて外で待たれているようでした。

　暫く待っておにぎりモーニング登場。

　おーっ、おにぎりがうさぎさんだ。

　後のおかずも綺麗に盛り付けられてます。

　食べてみるとどれも美味しかったです。

　なるほど、ヤッパリ人気有るだけありますね。

　食後にコーヒーを頂いて速やかに退散しました。

　今度は平日のランチに来て見たいと思います。
