今日は八幡浜へ行く途中に紹介された、道の駅内にある
分油屋へ行きました。
お店はまだ新しく和風を基調とした上品なお店です。観光客の
方もお越しになってました。
メニューにはうどん等ありますが、私的には割高な感じはしました。
宇和島風の鯛めしも頂けますが、ここは「とんくりまぶし」に。
どんな物が出てくるか楽しみにしていると、小さなおひつにいっぱい
甘タレのかかった栗と豚バラが折り重なるように入ってます。
タレの甘さと香りで、ごはんが進みます。まぶしという事で、お出汁を
かけてまた一口。わさびもアクセントにあります。あとで確認しましたが
栗焼酎を使っているという事でした。これが上品な甘さと香りだと思いました。
栗もほこほこして美味しかったです。お味噌汁、お漬物もあり、楽しんで食事が
できました。また来たいと思います。
