The shop is located in a part of Ozu's tourist hub "Asamoya". Today is Monday, so the store you are looking for is closed. Meanwhile, it was already lunchtime, so I popped into the store in front of me. Since it is Restaurants in a tourist area, I was prepared for the price to be high, but I was surprised that the quality was so high that it exceeded my expectations in a good way. The menu has been narrowed down to maintain quality and reduce waste. [Sesame soup steamer 700 yen + additional bamboo steamer 200 yen] I decided to use "sesame soup" because I thought that it wouldn't be interesting to use a regular steamer. As a result, it was delicious as it was, but as a result of using two bamboo steamers, it became a little boring. It would be nice to have two steamers with regular soup. The sesame soup itself is a little weird, but this was a nice change and it was delicious. [Tonkuri Mabushi 1,300 yen] Thinly grilled pork belly and sweetly stewed chestnuts are placed on top of rice. It's delicious as is, but the iron kettle that comes with it contains dashi soup, so you can enjoy it three times with Hitsumabushi, and finish it off with dashi chazuke for a refreshing taste. This is a very well thought out original menu.
