Using French cuisine techniques, we bring out the charm of Ehime's many culinary treasures, such as the seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, the rich nature of the mountains, and the clear Hijikawa River
... that flows there, creating innovative fusion cuisine that is neither Japanese nor Western. I finished it. We use beautiful magnetic Tobe ware made in Ehime for the bowls, and the dishes are colorfully decorated with fresh vegetables grown by local farmers and branded Ehime Akane Wagyu beef. Please use it not only for lunch, but also for anniversaries with your family and loved ones.
