はじめて宇和島を訪れました。
そして近しい人がみんな美味しい！という宇和島鯛めしをいただきました。
コロナがまだ流行していた時期だったのでかなり閑散としている。
有名店が閉まっているという逆境の中かどや弁天町店さん、ちゃんと営業されていました～。
地元の方にも愛されているようで鯛めし以外の定食を食べているファミリーや
比較的落ち着いた年代の方が客層としては多かったです。
はじめての宇和島鯛めし。
お刺身の鯛と卵入りのだし汁、海藻などをご飯にのせて食べるスタイルなんですね。
たしかに炊き込んだものより好みかも。
というか卵と出汁だけでも御飯がいけてしまってまずいです(笑)
たくさん食べれてしまって・・・
めったにしないおかわりしてもうた笑笑
お刺身の鯛は大きすぎず出汁をしっかりとまといます。
暖かいごはんに鯛のお刺身の歯ごたえ、甘み、出汁のおいしさと卵のまろやかさで
めっちゃお箸すすみました！
心もお腹も満たされすぎて帰りの足取りはやや重ため。
店員さんに「はじめてですか？いかがでしたか？」と尋ねられ
「とっても美味しかったです」とまた笑顔
店員さんも笑顔になって
みんな幸せな雰囲気になりました。
ちょっと遠いけど自然と融和した素敵な街で美味しいものに出会いました。
