宇和島出張の際に、地元の方に連れて行って頂きました。
流石にイチオシの店だと言う事で、味も雰囲気もサービスも素晴らしかった。
まず店内に入ると、そのモダンな和風と言うか、洗練された内装に感激！
私の好みにビンゴでした♪わ
6名での利用でしたので、個室でコース料理を頂きました。
靴を脱いで上がるのですが、座敷なのに椅子に座れます。
実は身体が堅すぎてあぐらをかけない私には、単なる畳は苦痛を伴います。
掘りごたつ、もしくは椅子が必要なので、この座敷は嬉しかったなぁ、笑
さて、この日はコース料理。
ふんだんに郷土料理を満喫することが出来ました。
以下食べた料理を紹介します。
◆お通し
亀の手と雑魚の南蛮漬けでした。
亀の手を出すとは面白い♪
貝ではなく甲殻類なので、カニっぽい風味。
貝とカニの中間的な面白い味なので食べたこと無い方、是非探して食べてみてね。
南蛮、味付け抜群でした。
◆刺身盛合せ
真ハタ、鰯、イカ、マグロ赤身です。
真ハタ、噛めば噛むほど旨味が溢れてきます！
鰯も超新鮮でピカピカ。
イカは熟成されてもちっとして甘味が強く、マグロも良い。
◆酢の物
タコと蟹爪と、なんとサメも！
タコや蟹爪は美味しかったけど、サメは水っぽくて旨味が無い。
昔広島でサメの刺身食べたけど美味しくなかった。やはり私にはサメは合わないみたい。
◆じゃこ天
宇和島名物ですね〜。
大阪で食べるものより美味しかったです。
◆真ハタのアラ煮
この煮汁が最高の美味さ。
口に入れた瞬間に思わず唸りました！
さらに当然ながら真ハタが美味い。
◆ブリのステーキ
デミグラスソースで食べます。
ブリとデミが合うとは新しい発見でした。
◆天ぷら盛合せ
ゲソや野菜の天ぷらです。
この頃にはもうお腹ぎパンパンで苦しい！
◆鯛飯
でました、宇和島の最強の郷土料理。
出汁の中に生玉子と鯛の刺身、他には海苔や薬味が入ってます。
それをかき混ぜてご飯へドバッとかけるんです。
玉子かけご飯に鯛の刺身が乗ったようなこの鯛飯。
めちゃくちゃ美味い！
世間で良く知られた鯛飯よりもこちらの方が断然美味いと思う♪
宇和島＝鯛飯 とインプットされましたわ、笑
◆デザート
お腹はパンパンでしたが別腹でなんとか完食♪
いやぁ、雰囲気・味共に素晴らしいお店でした。
しかも宇和島の郷土料理がこれほど美味しいとは！？
この店でしたら誰を連れて行っても喜ばれるでしょう。
こちらのお店のお蔭で、宇和島の印象が更に良くなりましたよ＾＾
また行きたいです＾＾
