久しぶりの宇和島。夕食をいただくのは初。
まずは高知県との県境近くとういこともあり、
ウツボのたたきをいただきます。鶏肉のような
歯触りと歯ごたえ。このくにゅっとした食感と
淡白な味が大好...
十数年ぶりに宇和島まで来たので、なにか地元の郷土料理を食べたいと思いました。
商店街辺りに行くと何かあるだろうと探していて見つけたお店です。
